Most frequent questions and answers
Axe throwing is very safe! It is important that you listen to and follow all the safety rules, but if you do, it is a very safe sport. It is one of the safest throwing experiences you can have, as our targets are easier to stick (so you don’t have to throw as hard), and our safety-designed target system helps minimize bounces!
A reservation is not required! We welcome you to stop by whenever you get the urge to throw axes, however, we do recommend you book your time online to assure availability.
CLOSED-TOE SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. No one will be permitted to participate without the proper shoes. So, no flip flops, bare feet, sandals, etc. For the rest of your body, loose comfortable clothing is a good idea. Picture the throwing motion, so you will not want to wear anything that restricts that movement.
Ages eight and up are welcome to participate provided they can handle the axe safely. All minors under age 18 are required to have a parent or legal guardian complete their waiver.
There is limited space in the throwing areas, but if you keep the spectators to a minimum, that should be fine. Keep in mind that virtually anyone can participate – from age eight and above! No reason they should not join in the fun!
We have six lanes. Each lane has projected, end-grain targets, digital scoring, and anti-bounce back technology.
No, you can’t bring in drinks. However, we do have our own bar with 8 taps featuring local and national beer, wine, and cider. You won’t be disappointed!

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time. This way you can check-in and fill out waivers if necessary and allows time to order drinks before you get started.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice = Full refund to original payment method.
Cancellations with 3 to 48 hours notice = Credit to re-book within the next 60 days, failure to do so will result in the loss of said credit.
No Shows or cancellations with less than 3 hours notice = No refunds or credits will be given.
Private/Corporate Events require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a minimum 2-week notice of cancellation.
Yes, we do! We have a variety of local and national beer, wine, and cider, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
Yes, but please be responsible. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they appear intoxicated or act in a manner that could be a danger to themselves or others.

Absolutely! You may bring your own axe as long as it meets all axe throwing safety requirements and is a maximum of 18 inches in length.

Yes, your lane is for your group. Up to six people can be in one lane, including observers.
